Staff are available at the Wide Aisle gates, there's one at each end of the gate line.
Staff will escort you to your platform on request and arrange for someone to meet you at your destination station and assist with changes of train if necessary.
There are help points throughout this station.
There's one in the tiket hall, to your right as you face the gate line, one to your right, at the foot of the escalators as you approach the platforms and three on each platform.
