Staff are available beside each manual or Wide Aisle gate, the gates you need are normally to your left-hand of the gate lines in this station.
Staff will escort you to your platform on request and arrange for someone to meet you at your destination station.
Alternatively, you can ask for assistance at the ticket sales windows. There are three sets of these within this station:
The windows in the Western and Tube concourses are behind Tensa queuing systems, so it would be better to try asking at the gate lines in the first instance, unless you have to buy a ticket.
