Description

The help points in this station consist of a circular housing with a breakable glass fire alarm button at the top, a larger (green) emergency button in the middle and a smaller )blue) information button towards the bottom.

The speaker and mic grill are to your left of the buttons.

Location

In the Level 0 Concourse

• On the right-hand (north) side, between the phones and the stairs up to Level 1 Of St Pancras Station;
• in the far right (northwest) corner, as you enter from Pancras Road;
• on the south side, immediately to your left as you enter from Euston Road;

In the Level -1 Concourse

There's a help point on your left (north) at the foot of the steps from the west entrance from the south side of Euston Road, just before you turn left towards the concourse.

There are two help points on the left-hand (north) side, as you move towards the Level -2 concourse.

In the Level -2 Concourse

On the left-hand (south) side, between the escalators to the Victoria Line and the gates.

The East Section of Level -2

On the south side, between the foot of the steps towards the lower platforms and the first gap to platform 1, westbound; between the two gaps towards platform 1.

The West Section of Level -2

There's a help point on the left-hand (south) side between the lift and fire doors.

Platform 1, Westbound

There's one help point between the west end of the platform and the first entrance and two more between the first and second entrances, the second of these is just before (west of) the second entrance from the end of the platform.

Platform 2, Eastbound

There's one help point between the west end of the platform and the first entrance and two more between the first and second entrances, the second of these is just before (west of) the second entrance from the end of the platform.

The Piccadilly Line

There's a help point on the right-hand (east) side of the area at the foot of the escalators, between the exit from platform 5, westbound and the gap towrds the Northern and Victoria lines.

On platform 5, westbound:

• just beyond (north of) the entrance;
• beyond the first passage between platforms;
• just before (south of) the passage towards the Pentonville Road exit.

On platform 6, eastbound:

• just beyond (north of) the exit;
• just beyond the passage between platforms;
• just before the passage towards the Pentonville Road exit.

The Victoria Line

There's a help point on the left-hand (north) side of the area at the foot of the escalators, before the entrance to platform 4, southbound.

On Platform 3, northbound:

• just beyond (east of) the entrance;
• just beyond the first passage between the platforms;
• just beyond the second passage between platforms;
• just beyond the passage towards the Pentonville Road exit.

Platform 4, southbound:

• between the second and third gaps towards the escalators;
• just beyond (east of) the first passage between platforms;
• just beyond the second passage between platforms;
• just beyond the passage towards the Pentonville Road exit.

In the Passage Between the Piccadilly and Northern Lines

On the right-hand (west) wall, just after the left turn.

In the Passage to the Pentonville road Exit

There are three help points on the left-hand wall, one just before each of the right turns between the Piccadilly and Victoria lines. There are also two help points on the right-hand wall, beyond the left turn, just beyond the passage to the Victoria Line.
