Staff are available at the Wide Aisle gate, which is to your right as you come into the station from Fish Street Hill. If you come in from the subway, the gate to your left was a luggage gate at the time of our survey. You may need to go to the far end of the concourse then turn left for the Wide Aisle gate.
Staff will escort you to your platform on request and arrange for someone to meet you at your destination station and assist with changes of train if necessary.
