Staff are available beside the Wide Aisle Gates in the Metropolitan Line concourse and at the manual gate in the lower concourse. Note that the manual gate is at the right-hand end of the gate line for the Northern Line, as you enter the station.

Alternatively, you can ask for assistance at the ticket sales windows, which are to your right, between the two gate lines, as you enter the station.

Staff can escort you to your platform and arrange for someone to meet you at your destination or assist with changes.
