From Platform 2, Circle Line Eastbound
From Platform 3, Central Line Eastbound

From Platform 1, Circle Line Westbound

The doors open on your left as you face the front of the train. It's probably easier to take the subway than go through the concourse. The entrances to the subway are the only passages leaving the platforms, a few metres south of the stairs.

Go towards the rear of the train to locate the entrance to the subway. If you find the steps up to the concourse, you've overshot. Enter the passage, turn left, go down two flights of stairs into the subway and turn right.

Continue Through the Subway

From Platform 2, Circle Line Eastbound

The doors open on your left as you face the front of the train. It's probably easier to take the subway than go through the concourse. The entrances to the subway are the only passages leaving the platforms, a few metres south of the stairs.

Go towards the front of the train to locate the entrance to the subway. If you find the steps up to the concourse, you've overshot. Enter the passage and turn right. Go down a flight of stairs before turning right again, down another flight into the subway.

Continue to the end of the subway and turn left, continue to the wall before turning left again, go forward and take the escalator or stairs down to the third level. The right-hand escalator is normally the one you need.

To Which Platform?

Continue forwards and take the escalator to the fourth level, the right-hand escalator is normally the one you need. Continue forward, following the right-hand wall as it curves left, onto the platform. You're near the front of the train.

Alternatively, whilst at the third level, take either the second or third passage on your left and turn right before you reach platform 4. Go down three flights of stairs before turning left onto the platform at the front of the train.

GO TO END

To Platform 4, Central Line Westbound

Go forwards, a few metres from the foot of the escalator before turning left. You should take either the second or third passage on your left onto the platform. You're near the rear of the train.

From Platform 3, Central Line, Eastbound

The doors open on your left as you face the front of the train. Go towards the front of the train and, ideally, take the second passage on your left, before turning right to the foot of the escalator to the third level. If you take the first, you'll find the wall curving right and you'll be pointed towards the down escalator, move right to find the upwards one. At the time of our survey, however, there was a portable barrier dividing this space into an entrance and exit area. Go up to the third level and continue forward to the escalator to the second level.

If you take the third passage, you'll turn right and go up the stairs towards the third level; carry on up and turn left then right at the top towards the foot of the escalator to the second level. Go up the escalator or stairs to the second level, the right-hand escalator is normally the one you need.

On reaching the second level, take the first turning right and continue, across the foot of the escalators from the concourse, into the subway then turn right. At the time of our survey, the right-hand passage into the subway was blocked. If this is still so, move left and enter the subway via the left-hand passage.

Continue into the Subway
