This level consists of the area at the foot of the escalators from the third level and the eastbound Central Line platform 3.
There are no stairs between the escalators to/from the third level, however, there are stairs between the entrance to platform 4 and platform 3.
There is no tactile paving along the edge of the platform.
If you use the esclator, the right-hand one is normally the one you need. Note that, at the time of our survey, the area at the foot of these escalators was divided into an entrance and exit area by a portable barrier.
If you use the stairs, you go down 16, 13 and three steps going west then turn left onto platform 3, near the front of the train.

Continue west from the foot of the down escalator. The passage curves left (south) onto platform 3, near the front of the train.
