To Moorfields

From the top of the escalators, turn left and go through the gates. Go up eight steps into the upper concourse and continue straight into the passage to exits 7 and 8. At the end of the passage, turn right for exit 8, go up two flights of stairs and bear left to follow the road. You're on the west side of City Road going north, a green line runs from the top of the stairs to the Moorfields entrance.

You cross an alley, Baldwin Street and Peerless Street on your left. City Road forks left before you reach a Pelican crossing indicated by tactile paving. The entrance to Moorfields is about 20 metres along, being the first entrance on your left. Go up three then one step and through the doors into Reception.

From Moorfields

From Reception, go through the doors, down one then three steps onto the pavement. Turn right, a green line runs from the hospital entrance to the top of the stairs into Old Street Station. Follow the pavement slightly right, cross Peerless Street, Baldwin Street and an alley before moving to the outside of the pavement to locate the stairs into the station. Go down two flights of stairs, turn left into the passage, then continue forward, going down eight steps to the lower concourse. The ticket sales windows are on your left (about 11 o'clock) behind Tensa barriers. The entrance gates are in front of you with the manual gate to your left.
