Overview

The routes described here require you to follow the interconnecting passages between the west end of the Central Line and the south end of the Bakerloo/Victoria Line platforms.

Which Route?

From Bakerloo/Victoria to Central

From the Southbound, Platforms 3 and 5

Go towards the front of the train and turn left (from Bakerloo) or right(from Victoria) into the central reservation. Continue forward, through a gap into the central passage then turn right (from Bakerloo) or left (from Victoria).

Continue down a flight of stairs. Follow the passage, ignoring two passages which join from your right, till you reach the end. Turn left here, down one flight of stairs onto the island platform. Platform 1, westbound is on your right, you're near the front of the train. Platform 2, eastbound, is on your left, you're near the rear of the train.

From the Northbound

Go towards the rear of the train and turn right (from Bakerloo) or left (from Victoria) into the central reservation. Continue into the middle passage then turn left (from Bakerloo) or right (from Victoria).

Continue down a flight of stairs. Follow the passage, turning right at the first junction and ignoring the passage which joins from your right, till you reach the end. Turn left here and go down one flight of stairs onto the island platform. Platform 1, westbound, is on your right, you're near the front of the train. Platform 2, eastbound, is on your left, you're near the rear of the train.

From Central to Bakerloo/Victoria

Go to the front of the train (westbound) or rear(eastbound) and enter the passage at the end of the platform. There is a passage from each platform, that from platform 1 (left) goes to the northbound whilst that from platform 2 (right) goes to the southbound. The passages are joined by gaps in the wall just beyond the end of the platform.

For the Northbound, Platforms 4 and 6

Take the left hand passage and continue, up a flight of stairs. Follow the passage, up the slope and round to your right, to a T-junction. Turn right then left for the Bakerloo Line, platform 4, left for the Victoria Line, platform 6. You are at the rear of the train.

For the Southbound, Platforms 3 and 5

Take the right hand passage, go up one flight of stairs and turn right. Go up another flight of stairs and continue to a T-junction. Turn left then right for the Bakerloo Line, platform 3, right then left for the Victoria Line, platform 5. You're at the front of the train.
