Description

The help points in this station have a circular shield with a grill on the left hand side to speak into.

There are three buttons:

• At the top, shielded by glass, is a fire alarm
• below this is an emergency push button, coloured green
• finally, below this is an information request button, which is smaller than the others, coloured blue.

Location

In the Main Concourse

On a pillar to your left beyond the end of the wall as you come out of the passage from the exit concourse.

In the Exit Concourse

• On the outer wall, between WH Smith and the dry cleaner.

In the North Section of the Intermediate Level

• On the left-hand (west) wall as you move away from the escalator from the main concourse.
• On the right-hand (east) wall as you move away from the escalator from the main concourse.

In the Central Line

• On platform 1, westbound.
• between the second entrance and first exit.
• Between the two exits
• Towards the end of the platform, beyond (east of) the second exit.
• On platform 2, eastbound.
• Near the west end, between the passage to southbound and the first entrance passage.
• About in the middle of the platform, between the second entrance and first exit passage.
• beyond (east of) the second exit.
• In the exit area, at the top of the steps from the west exit.

In the Northbound, Victoria and Bakerloo Section

• On the right-hand (east) wall of the north reservation, between the second and third passage to platform 4.
• On the Bakerloo Line, Platform 4
• between the second and third passages from the front (north) end
• Between the passage through to platform 6 and the first (north) passage to the south reservation.
• Just beyond (south of) the fourth (south) passage to the south reservation.
• On the Victoria Line, Platform 6.
• Just before (north of) the first passage to the north reservation
• Just beyond (south of) the through passage to platform 4.
• Just beyond (south of) the last passage to the south reservation.

On the Bridge

• On the north wall (left-hand as you move from northbound to southbound), near the northbound (west) end.

In the Southbound Section

• on the west wall of the north reservation, between the two entrances to the Bakerloo Line, platform 3.
• On platform 3, Bakerloo Line.
• Just before (north of) the first passage to the north reservation.
• Between the third passage to the north reservation and the passage through to platform 5.
• between the third and fourth passages to the south reservation.
• On Platform 5, Victoria Line.
• Just before (north of) the first passage to the north reservation.
• Between the passage through to platform 3 and the first passage to the south reservation.
• In the south reservation
• On the right-hand (west) side of passage 5, to the Central Line, just before the top of the steps.

In the Interconnecting Passages

• In Passage 1, between the Central Line and Northbound Platforms.
• On the left-hand (south) side, about half way between the west end of platform 1 and the foot of the steps.
• On the north side of the passage between the Bakerloo and Victoria Line platforms, opposite the T-junction.
• In passage 3, towards the southbound platforms.
• On the right-hand (east) wall, just beyond the top of the 14 steps.
• In Passage 4, between the southbound Bakerloo/Victoria Line and Central Line.
• On the right-hand (west) side, just before the passage turns left (east).
• On the left-hand (east) wall, almost opposite the junction with passage 5.
