This is an island platform with platform 3, Bakerloo Line lying west of platform 5, Victoria Line.
There are two central reservations, that at the north end contains the entrance/exit to the main concourse plus the bridge to the northbound platforms. That at the south end is for exits, either to the exit section of the intermediate level, or to the Central Line. The passage at the south end of each platform is the entrance from the Central Line.
A pair of escalators leads north from the intermediate level into the south end of the north reservation. We understand that, during peak times, both escalators are going down, at other times, the left-hand escalator is normally the one you need.

Although you can leave via the north reservation and main concourse outside peak times, we believe you're intended to leave via the south reservation and exit concourse.
The four gaps at the front (south) end of each platform lead into the central reservation which contains three parallel passages. The outer passages lead to the exit section of the intermediate level, whilst the middle one (passage 4) leads to the Central Line. There are two gaps between each outer and the central passage.
Taking the exit passage adjacent to platform 3, pass a blank door on your left and go up 18 steps, going south to reach the exit section.
Taking the exit from platform 5, continue south up a slope, go up 12 steps before turning right west and follow the passage to the exit section.
