The station is located under the Hilton Hotel, in the northwest corner of the Junction of Queensway (north) and Bayswater Road (east/west).
The station has two entrances, separated by a pillar, onto the west side of Queensway and a step-free entrance from Bayswater Road, which is normally only open during peak hours. There are two steps up from Queensway into each entrance.
This is a single-stage crossing with tactile paving. The post with push button and rotating cone is to your right as you cross in either direction.
The crossing leads to an entrance to Hyde Park. This is a double entrance with access to ladies and gents toilets on the west and east side, respectively, of the dividing island.
This is a two-stage crossing with tactile paving. The post with push button and rotating cone is to your right as you cross each stage in either direction. You turn left then right on the central island.
As traffic flows, one way (north) the only bus stop of interest is on the west side, a few metres to your left as you leave the station.

Bus Stop C, serving buses to Marble Arch, 94, 148, 390 and N207.
There's a bus stop beyond the phone box, serving buses towards Shepherd's Bush or High Street Kensington, 70, 94, 148, 390 and N27. We noticed a no. 27 stop here at the time of our survey.
