The station has two entrances, separated by a pillar, onto the west side of Queensway which runs south, into Bayswater Road which runs east/west, adjacent to the station.
Queensway can be crossed via a Pelican crossing, a few metres north of the junction.
The Pelican crossing (via an island) west of the junction, leads to an entrance to Hyde Park. This is a double entrance with access to ladies and gents toilets on the west and east side, respectively, of the dividing island.
The bus stop for 12, 94, N12, N 94 and N 207 towards Oxford Circus is on the north side of Bayswater road, a few meters east of Queensway.
