There are two pillars east of the bt phones at the bottom of the stairs from the entrance and exit. Each of these pillars has two New World phones.
The stairs from the exit leave from the southwest corner of the concourse.
Go up 3 then 13 steps, going west into the east side of the shopping arcade.
The stairs from the entrance leave from the east side of the shopping arcade.
Go down 13, then 3, steps, going east into the northwest corner of the
concourse.
