From the Concourse From the Circle and District Lines |
The escalators leave from the northwest corner of the concourse, you go down east. From the foot of the escalator, continue forward (east), then turn right, (south), at the end into the area at the top of the escalators to the Piccadilly Line.
At the foot of the escalators from the concourse, the space is divided by a portable barrier, keep left.

Continue to the Piccadilly Line
Going down, east from platforms 1 - 2, you go down 18 then 16 steps, going east. Going down west, you also go down 18 then 16 steps, into a passage leading south. There's a central rail down each flight of stairs from the island platform.
Continue south, down the slope, there's a help point on your left. the passage turns right (west).
This consists of an area to which the two levels of escalators join from the west, whilst the passage from platform 1 - 2 joins from the east. The passages to/from the escalators to the concourse join from the north.

The escalator from the intermediate level goes down west.

The passage to platform 3 leads west, turns right (north), past a noisy ventilation grill on the right, onto the platform, about in the middle of the train.
The exit passage leads south into the area at the foot of the stairs. Turn left then up 20steps, going east.
The entrance to Platform 4, go up 17 steps, going north, then continue north onto the platform, you're about in the middle of the train.
The exit passage leads south, go down 17 steps, going south, then turn left to the foot of the escalators.
