Description

The help points in this station consist of a circular housing with a breakable glass fire alarm button at the top, a larger (green) emergency button in the middle and a smaller )blue) information button towards the bottom.

The speaker and mic grill are to your left of the buttons.

Location

There's a help point on the right-hand side of the path towards platform 3, as you move away from the gate line

On Platform 3

There are three help points on the platform itself and one in the waiting room.

• just before (north of) the end of the rail before the start of the train
• just beyond (south of) the waiting room
• just before the end of the platform
