If possible, you should book assistance for mainline services over the phone.
Underground staff are available at the Wide Aisle Gates in each concourse. Note that the gates you need are at the right-hand side of the gate line in the East Concourse and Level 1 Entrance, but at the left-hand end in the North concourse.
Alternatively, you can ask for assistance at the ticket sales windows, which are on the right-hand side of the East Concourse or the left-hand side of the North Concourse as you come into the station. Note that we found no sales windows at the Level 1 Entrance, though there is a help point beyond the right-hand end of this gate line.
Staff will escort you to your platform on request and arrange for someone to meet you at your destination station. This includes assisting you with train changes en route.
