There is now lift access throughout this station.
Note that step-free access to platform 12 is via the ramp from platforms 1 - 2.
There are also two lifts, outside the station, between the Level 2 Walkway, the Level 1 entrance and Level 0, (just east of the main entrance to the station).
All call buttons are at wheelchair height.
There are two lifts, the west lift is between the steps to the West Subway and the steps to the Level 1 Walkway, the east lift is immediately west of the DLR platform 16, northbound.
The call button (up) is on a short post to your right (east) of the door, you go in facing north.
The call button (down) is on a short post to your right (west) of the door, you go in facing south.
The controls are on the right-hand (east) side as you go in at concourse level, left from the walkway. The buttons are set out as follows, from the top:
The call button (Up) is to your left (west) of the door, you go in facing north.
The call button (down) is to your left (east) of the door, you go in facing south.
There's a control panel to each side with the buttons arranged:
The west lift is beside (east of) the DLR southbound platform 17 and the east lift is beside (west of) the ramp to the Middle Subway.
The call button (up) is to your left (west) of the door, you go in facing north.
The lift is on the left-hand side of the walkway as you come in through the Level 1 entrance. The call button (down) is to your left (east) of the door, you go in facing south.

The lift is to your right (east) of the steps to the West Subway as you face away from the concourse. Note that this is an automatic door that opens outwards though it can be pulled open whilst the lift is at Level 0. The call button (down) is in a metal panel on the wall to your right (east), about a metre before the lift door. You go in facing north.
The lift is at the far (south) end of a short passage to your left (east) of the steps up to the West Concourse. This is an automatic door opening outwards, the call button (up) is in a metal panel on the wall to your left (east) about a metre before the lift. You go in facing south.
There's a horizontal panel on the east side, that is to your right as you come in at Level 0, left as you come in at Level -1. As you face this panel, from the left:
The door opened automatically on arrival.
The lift is at the end of a short passage north of the steps to platform 1 - 2. The call button (Up) is to your right (south) of the door. You go in facing east.
The lift is at the west end of platform 1. The call button (Down) is to your right (north) of the door, you go in facing west.

The lift is behind (east of) the stairwell of the steps down east to the West Subway. The call button (down) is to your right (north) of the door, you go in facing west.

The lift is behind (east of) the stairwell of the steps down east to the West Subway, continue a few metres beyond the rear of the stairwell then turn right at the end of the building. The call button (down) is to your right (north) of the door, you go in facing west.

Leave the lift from the West Concourse and take the third turning left, into a short passage. The call button (up) is on the wall to your right (north) just before the lift. You go in facing west.
The lift is at the west end of the island platform, the call button (Down) is to your right (north) of the door. You go in facing west.

The lift is at the end of a short passage to your right (east) of the escalators to the North Concourse. The call button (Up) is to your left (west) of the door, you go in facing north.
This is the right-hand (west) of the two lifts, as you face the routes to the subways. The call button (down) is to your left (east) of the door, you go in facing south.

Note that there is ramp access from the East Concourse.
The lift is the fourth turning on your left from the East Concourse, or the first on the right from the North Concourse. The call button (up) is to your right (north) of the door, you go in facing west.
The lift is beyond (east of) the second set of seats from the steps to the West Subway. The call button (Down) is to your right (south) of the door, you go in facing east.

Leave the East Concourse, go down the slope then take the first turning right. The lift is in front of you with the call button (up) on the wall to your left (north). You go in facing east.
The lift is on the east side of the third building from the west end of platform 3. The call button (Down) is to your left (south) of the door, you go in facing west.

The lift is the second turning on your left from the foot of the ramp from the East Concourse. The call button (Up) is on the wall to your right (north) of the lift, you go in facing west.
The lift is on the east side of the building beyond (east of) the east steps from the West Subway. The call button (Down) is to your right (north) of the door, you go in facing west.

The lift is the third turning on your left from the East Concourse. The call button (up) is on the wall to your left (south) of the door. You go in facing west.
The lift is on the east side of the building east of the first shelter. The call button is to your left (south) of the door, you go in facing west.

The lift is near the right-hand (south) end of the wall across the island platform, as you move away from the steps from the Middle Subway. The call button (down) is to your left (north) of the door. You go in facing east.

As you come from the Middle Subway, the steps to platform 12 are in front of you, turn right (south). Continue, past the steps to platform 11 on your left then locate the first lift on your left. The call button (up) is to your right (south) of the door, you go in facing east.
This is the left-hand (north) of two lifts in the wall across the island platform as you move away from the steps from the Middle Subway. The call button (down) is to your right (south) of the door. You go in facing east.

There are two lifts at the south end of the Level 2 Walkway, to your right (west) of the top of the steps to Level 1, as you move away from the shopping centre. The call button (down) is the plain button between these two lifts, you go in facing south.
The lifts are at the north end of the passage leading left (north) from the Level 1 Entrance. The plain call buttons (up and down) are between the lifts, you go in facing north.
The lifts are at the north end of the passage between the main entrance and the foot of the steps. The call button (up) is the plain button between the two lifts, you go in facing north.
There were no announcements at the time of our survey.
The control panel is on the west side of the lift (to your right from Level 2, left from levels 1 or 0). The buttons are arranged, from the top:
