Note, This route is not available during peak morning hours i.e. between 0730 and 1030.
From Entrance 1, 2 or 3 in the main concourse, turn left and follow the concourse round to your right to the ticket sales area at the far end. The entrance gates are opposite these.
From the subway, move forward about two metres and turn left, continue forward - the ticket sales area is on your left, the entrance gates on your right.
Go through the gates and bear left, (about 11 o'clock) to locate the escalators, the left one normally goes down.

Turn left at the foot of the escalator and continue to locate the escalators, down is normally on your left. Continue forward, down a flight of stairs , turn right, down another flight of stairs onto platform 4, southbound. The rail on your left finishes at the rear of the train. For the northbound, platform 3, you should ideally take the second passage on your right as this is in keeping with the intended traffic flow. You will be near the front of the train.
Turn left from the foot of the escalator and follow the barrier round to your right. You will turn through 180 degrees in all before you find the wall on your left. Continue forward, turn right and left again into a passage with a metal rail along the middle. Continue to the end of this passage before turning right, then left again, down one flight of stairs to the island platform. Platform 1, westbound, is on your left, you're opposite the second carriage from the rear of the train. Platform 2, eastbound is on your right, you're opposite the second carriage from the front of the train.
