The station is located on the east side of Minories, which runs north from Tower Hill (east/west). As you move north from Tower Hill, you pass an office block then a sandwich shop before the wall retreats into the entrance to the station.
The station itself is at a higher level than the street, being reached via stairs, escalator or lift from the north side of this space.
The station has a single entrance at street level, which is on the north side of a recess, opposite the road crossing. Note that the subway has recently been removed, so you will be able to walk straight from the crossing into the entrance area.

There are two crossings of Minories within the scope of this guide. Note that the subway has now been removed. The easiest crossing is a few metres south of the station entrance, whilst the other crossing is via a triangular island in the junction between Minories and Tower Hill.
This is a single-stage crossing with tactile paving. There's a post with push button and rotating cone to each side of you as you cross in either direction.
This is a two-stage crossing, with tactile paving throughout, via a triangular island in the junction. The post, with push button and rotating cone is to your right as you leave the pavement in either direction. However, the post with push button and rotating cone is to your left as you leave the island in either direction. Note that, when crossing east, towards the station you bear left on the island, whilst when crossing to the west, you'll bear right.
We found no bus stops within the scope of this survey. The nearest bus stops we found were beside Tower Hill and Fenchurch Street stations.
There's a stretch of park land between this station and Tower Hill Station, to the west. As you move north along the east side of Minories, from Tower Hill, you pass an office block and a sandwich shop before you reach the station entrance.
