FIND THE PLATFORM FROM THE ENTRANCE
There is lift, escalator and stairs access between street and concourse levels.
As you enter the concourse, the information/ticket sales booth is on the opposite side of the concourse, whilst the departures platform 2 is to your right.
A barrier extends along the edge of the platform to the rear of the train and there is tactile paving beyond this.
As you enter at street level, all routes to the concourse are to your left. These are stairs, down escalator, up escalator, two sets of stairs then two lifts.
The call buttons are on a panel between the two lifts, note that you can call these separately by pressing the button nearest the lift you want. Go up to concourse level, leave via the other doors, turn right and continue onto the platform.
GO TO END
As you face the escalators, the right-hand one is normally the one you need. Go to concourse level, turn right and continue onto the platform.
GO TO END
There are three sets of stairs, one to each side of the escalators and a third to your right of these. Note that the right-hand set of stairs is wider than the other two.
You go up four flights of steps to concourse level. turn right at the top and continue onto the platform.
