Staff are available at the Wide Aisle Gate, which is at the left-hand end of the gate line as you come into the entrance concourse. Staff are also available at the manual gate, at the right-hand end of the gate line as you reach the exit concourse.
Alternatively, you can ask for assistance at the ticket sales windows, which are in front of you as you come into the entrance concourse.
Staff will escort you to your platform on request and arrange for someone to meet you at your destination station.
