Overview

Staff are available beside each Wide Aisle Gate.

Staff will escort you to your platform on request and arrange for someone to meet you at your destination station.

Alternatively, you can ask for assistance at the ticket sales windows, in the Circle Line concourse, or the temporary ticket hall, between the Victoria mainline and Victoria Coach Station entrances.

Wide Aisle Gates

There are Wide Aisle Gates in the Circle Line concourse

• At the south end of the exit gate line
• Before the foot of the four steps toward the Victoria Line concourse.

There are two Wide Aisle Gates in the Victoria Line concourse, one at each end of the gate line.
