CHANGE PLATFORMS |
Describe Online |
The easiest changes you'll need to make are between the Jubilee and Metropolitan (slow train) lines in the same direction, in which case you'll merely need to cross the island platform. If you need to make more complex changes, then read on.
We direct you between all six platforms in this station. Fast Metropolitan Line trains now stop at platform 1 (northbound) and platform 6 (southbound) except for 07:00 - 09:00 and between 17:00 and 19:00 when they don't stop at this station.
Each platform can be left via the lift or steps into the concourse or via steps to the north bridge. The routes to the concourse are near the rear of northbound or front of southbound trains, whilst the north bridge is about in the middle of the platforms.
There are two sets of steps to the north bridge from platforms 2 - 6, but only one set, going up towards the rear of the train, from platform 1. The wide walkway from the north bridge towards the gate line is opposite the steps from platform 1.
There's tactile paving along the edge of each platform.
