Staff are available at each manual gate. There is one at each gate line.
Alternatively, you can ask for assistance at the ticket sales windows, which are on the left-hand side of the eastbound concourse as you enter the station. Note that the ticket sales window in the westbound concourse is only open during peak hours.
Staff will escort you to your platform on request and arrange for someone to meet you at your destination station.
