There are four seminar areas available during the exhibition. Zone 5, which is permanently allocated to Sight and Sound Technology, plus the three seminar rooms, 1, 2 and 3.
This is on the left-hand side of the larger hall as you come into the exhibition.
As you leave the registration area, continue across the smaller hall (Zone 4), into the larger hall. You're now in Zone 3. turn left here and continue to the emergency exit in front of you before moving right then continuing forward into Zone 5.
This is an irregular-shaped area with a blank door on your left and windows at the far end. The wall on your right is blank. The layout of furniture is not known to us at the time of writing.
This is on the left-hand side of the larger hall, beyond the kitchen.
As you leave the registration area, continue across the smaller hall (Zone 4) into the large hall. It may be easier to continue from here, to the far end of the hall then turn back, following the right-hand side. As you do this, you cross the passage towards the refreshments area, then a number of doors before you find the kitchen jutting out in front of you. The door to Seminar Room 1 is the last door on your right before the kitchen.
This is a rectangular room with an emergency exit at the far end. The bar and doors leading off this space will not be used during the exhibition.
The layout of furniture is not known to us at the time of writing.
This is off the far side of the large hall, between the bar and the passage towards the refreshments area.
As you leave the registration area, continue across the smaller hall (Zone 4) then to the far end of the large hall, keeping towards the left-hand side. If you find the bar in front of you, turn left, continue back onto the carpet floor then go through the second door on your right.
If you don't find the bar, it may be easiest to turn right, locate the change in flooring before the bar then turn back and go through the second door on your right.
This is a rectangular room with no specific features. The layout of furniture was not known to us at the time of writing.
This is partitioned off the right-hand side of the large hall, towards the far end, occupying the far ends of rows A - C of Zone 2.
As you leave the registration area, continue across the smaller hall (Zone 4) into the large hall (Zone 3 then Zone 2), keeping towards the right-hand side. The seminar room is the first of two partitioned areas. The second is the reading room
