THE TACTILE MAP
There's an RNIB tactile map in the far left-hand corner of the booking hall as you come into the station.
This map shows the station in two halves, the left-hand section shows the street level concourse, whilst the right-hand section shows the low level concourse and platforms.
This map indicates a shop and help points which no longer exist in the station.
The right-hand section includes the "North" arrow towards the bottom left-hand corner of the diagram, pointing about 07:30. This reflects the turn (about 225 degrees) that you make whilst moving between the street and low level concourses. Although this accurately depicts the layout of the station, this orientation may be confusing to users who (like myself) prefer the "North" arrow to be pointing up rather than down.
