FIND THE PLATFORM FROM THE ENTRANCE
As you enter the station, the ticket sales window is to your right. This is open between 6:30 am and 11:20 pm.
Holders of concessionary cards (disabled and over 60) are required to buy either a 90P single or £1.30 return concession ticket, whilst blind people with passes are encouraged to collect a free ticket from the sales window. The free tickets are single journey tickets which operate the automatic gates.
As you turn left (south) from the ticket sales window, there's a manual gate in front of you and two automatic entrances to your left of this. Go through the gates and follow the low wall on your left to the end.
Turn left (180 degrees), go down two flights of steps, turn right and right again then go down another flight of steps onto the platform. There's corduroy tactile paving at the top and bottom of these steps.
The inner circle is to your left, you're near the rear of the train, whilst the outer circle is to your right, you're near the front.
There is tactile paving along each edge of the platform.
