Avoid trees and bollards on the corner, there's tactile paving on each side of this road. On the left (northwest) side, beyond the vacant shop, is Iceland Frozen Foods, whilst on the right is Yates's Wine Lodge, before the road curves round to the right, behind Yates's into Sainsbury's car park.

On the southeast corner of the junction is a notice board with a map of Watford.
