There are nine automatic gates in a line running north/south across the concourse. In general, those towards the northern end (left as you enter, right as you leave the station) are entrances, whilst those to the south are exits. Although we saw no other indications, we suspect this encourages an intended keep left or clockwise circulation of people through the station.

We suspect the direction of some of these gates will change according to the time of day.
