The major ticket sales facilities are arranged along the left-hand side of the concourse as you face the platforms.

As you move towards the platforms, you pass:

• Office for future travel (queues inside snake between flexible barriers);
• 2 Fastticket machines;

• Virgin Trains customer information point;
• entrance to ticket office for today’s travel;
• prepaid ticket machine;
• 5 Fastticket machines;
• 3 prepaid ticket collection windows;
• Fastticket machine.

This last is on the corner of the concourse as you enter the corridor in front of the platforms.

There are also two ticket sales windows on your left at the foot of the ramp to platforms 8 to 11. We believe these only sell tickets for the Silverlink Trains services.
