At the time of our survey, the square button was on Next the round button with the hole on Select and the arrow, pointing downwards was on Audio.
The stop is on the southeast side of the triangular island bounded to the southeast by the westbound lanes of Grange Road, to the north by the eastbound lanes of Grange Road and to the west by Battlefield Road. Prospect Hill Road, referenced in the title, joins Battlefield road from the east adjacent (south of) the junction with Grange Road.
The post with the unit is at the kerb, whilst the shelter is about three metres northeast of this, also on the kerb. The northeast end of the shelter is about three metres from the point of the island.
On the pavement to your left are two phone boxes, a lamp post in the middle of the pavement and a box to the right, between this post and the rear northwest side of the shelter.
The entrance, near the north corner of the shelter is about three metres from the point of the island where the two halves of Grange road meet.
The main entrance to the Victoria Hospital is on the other (north) side of Grange Road. Note, there's another bus stop on the north side of this island, with no shelter or bus information.
There is no pedestrian crossing to the hospital from this island, you need to cross to the south side of Grange Road and continue east till you reach the crossing near the junction with Langside Avenue.
There are bollards along the kerb, about three metres apart, around the island.
There are two crossings from this island from near the southwest corner. One leads west across Battlefield Road, whilst the other leads southeast across the westbound section of Grange Road. There�s no pedestrian controlled crossing of Prospect Hill Road, though you could cross Battlefield Road from the island, move left (south) and cross back to the south side of Prospect Hill Road from there.
This crossing has no tactile paving, no sounder and no rotating cones. The posts are north of the crossing, that is to your right as you leave the island. The north end of Battlefield Crescent is just north of this crossing, leading west.
Traffic comes one way, from your left as you leave the island.

The entrance to the Battlefield Rest restaurant is on the southeast side of the building, near the crossings.
