The doors will open on your right as you face the front of the train.

From the southbound, platform 1, go towards the rear of the train and take the first passage (of three) into the circulating area, cross the circulating area and turn right towards the escalators.

From the northbound, go towards the front of the train and take the last passage (of three) into the circulating area and turn left towards the escalators.

The left hand escalator will normally be ascending. Continue from the top, along the passage which turns slightly right before you reach the escalators towards the concourse. Again, the left hand escalator is normally ascending. Continue, from the top of the escalator, towards the automatic exit gates. If you need the manual gate, it's at the right hand end of the gate line. Go through the gates and turn left, through the exit onto Islington High Street.
