Take the escalator down (east) from the circulating area to the southbound platforms 7 and 8. Turn left (north to reach the platform. The trains arrive from your left, travelling east through the station. You are near the front of the train.
Alternatively, turn left at the bottom of the escalator to the northbound, platforms 9 and 10 then turn left. Avoid the first passage which is the exit from platforms 8 and 9, take the next passage on your left (west). Continue till you reach a T junction � platforms 7 and 10 to the right; 8 and 9 left. Turn right (north) then right again (EAST) to locate the stairs to platform 7. Descend 21 steps going east, then turn left (north) onto the platform. Trains arrive from your left, travelling east through the station; you are near the rear of the train.
