This is a through station on the Central Line, which runs approximately north/south on separate platforms, through the station.

Layout

Platform 1, westbound lies east of platform 2.

Each platform has its own concourse and ticket sales booths, though those in the westbound concourse are only open during weekday peak hours.

Accessibility

There is step free access to platform 2, via the concourse, though a flight of seven steps joins the westbound concourse to platform 1. The concourses are connected via a bridge within the station or a step free subway a few metres from each entrance.
