This passage contains two travelators with a walkway between them. The right-hand travelator is normally the one you need.

Although slightly against the rules, I suggest it's easiest to continue straight forward beyond the end of the travelators along the passage, which veers right before you reach the intermediate level concourse. Strictly speaking, you should take the turning left after the travelators, turn right, across the foot of the escalators from the Underground concourse and continue along the passage in front of you into the intermediate level concourse. From here, you should turn right and locate the entrance passages to the platforms. Try this, however.
