Description

The help points in this station consist of a circular housing with a breakable glass fire alarm button at the top, a larger (green) emergency button in the middle and a smaller (blue) information button towards the bottom.

The speaker and mic grill are to your left of the buttons.

Location

In the Shell Centre Concourse

On the left-hand wall, inside the gates, as you move towards the escalators.

In the Jubilee Line Concourse

On the left-hand wall, as you leave the station, immediately beyond the gate line.

In the Intermediate Level

There are two help points on a pillar about in the middle of the intermediate level concourse.
On the left-hand wall of the passage as you move towards the Jubilee Line, opposite the passage from the escalators from the Underground concourse.
In the Jubilee Line interchange, between the entrance and exit passages to the Jubilee Line concourse.

In the Bakerloo Line

On the right-hand side of the second passage from the front of southbound (rear of northbound) trains, as you approach the intermediate level concourse, just before the right turn towards the former Eurostar escalators.

On the Northbound Platform 3, from the Front of the Train

Just before the third passage,
between the third passage and the rear of the platform.

On the Southbound Platform 4, from the Rear of the Train

Just beyond the first passage,
just before the third passage,
just beyond the fourth passage.

On the Jubilee Line Platforms

Opposite the escalators in each section of the central reservation.

On the Westbound Platform 5, from the Front of the Train

Just beyond the passages to the west section of the central reservation,
just beyond the passage to the lift.

On the Eastbound Platform 6, from the Rear of the Train

Just beyond the passages into the west section of the central reservation,
just beyond the passage to the lift.

On the Northern Line Platforms

On the Northbound Platform 1, from the Front of the Train

Just beyond the first passage,
just beyond the third passage, exit,
just beyond the fourth passage.

On the Southbound Platform 2, from the Rear of the Train

Just beyond the first passage,
just beyond the third passage, exit,
just before the fourth passage.
