The ticket sales and assistance windows are on the northwest wall of the concourse and there's a manual gate with an assistance booth at each end of the gate line which runs along the northeast side.

To Reach

From the Westminster Pier Entrance

Having entered the concourse from the Westminster Pier entrance, continue up the four steps into the concourse and follow the right-hand side, past the gate line, then locate the ticket sales windows, behind Tensa barriers, in front of you.

From the Victoria Embankment Entrance

Continue to the turning on your left, then go up four steps into the concourse. follow the right-hand side, past the gate line, then locate the ticket sales windows, behind Tensa barriers, in front of you.

From the Bridge Street North Entrance

Go down the steps, or leave the lift, turn left (about 11 o'clock) and continue to the far side of the concourse, locate the ticket sales windows, behind Tensa barriers, to your left.

From the Whitehall East or West Entrance

Follow the passage into the concourse then follow the left-hand side till you locate the ticket sales windows, behind Tensa barriers to your left.
